Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original resalable condition. Please contact us at ckkgroup.com, or email to ckkhk@ckkgroup.com for return request. Our colleague will get in touch regarding the return request.
If request is accepted, please download, print off, and complete a return form. Please mark ‘returned item’ clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel. Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions outlined below.
– Your item must be in the original packaging.
– Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, damaged, or are not in original condition.

Please note that all shipping charges must be covered by customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using local postal service or courier, or bring your return item directly to our store.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Sale items are not refundable.
